About VSWO: The Volunteers Social Welfare Organization (VSWO) is a Non-governmental, non-sectarian and non-political, people-interest organization. VSWO registered in 20th April, 1998 under Voluntary Social Welfare Agencies (Registration and Control) Ordinance 1961 (XLVI of 1961), Rawalpindi, Pakistan. VSWO has emerged with the aim to offer innovative solutions to remove the various taboos and obstacles in the way of development regarding human rights, socio-economic, demographic, poverty alleviation, agriculture, culture & Sports, environmental and health problems from the society. It is providing services for research to find out the root causes of the issues and methodology for effective implementation of remedial measures by launching various projects, which will help enhance the living standard of a common man in the society.

Thousands of people have been affected and are highly vulnerable by severe flooding in the Southern and northern part of Pakistan in 2022. Recent heavy rains in Balochistan, KPK, Sindh, and Punjab have injured and dead dozens of people due to urban flooding and have swept away livestock, agriculture, properties and valuables worth billions of Rupees. Furthermore, 110 houses have been destroyed and 231 severely damaged. Pakistan is one of the most affected countries in the world by climate change according to the Global Climate Risk Index.

We offer our service voluntarily for distribution of flood relief items in Pakistan.
